Jim leads financial strategy, operations, and planning in close partnership with senior leadership—guiding the firm through moments of growth, investment, and strategic decision-making.
Jim’s expertise spans the full arc of M&A—due diligence, deal execution, and post-merger integration—having guided organizations through dozens of acquisitions and combinations over his career. He has driven more than $20 million in combined synergies through these integrations. Jim builds the systems and reporting infrastructure—from ERP implementations to KPI frameworks—that let organizations see their own performance clearly and plan with confidence.
Before joining the team, Jim served as CFO of Repario Data, a PE-backed provider of eDiscovery and infrastructure services, where he led diligence on 17 targets and finance integration across 7 entities. He also served as Controller at Crowell & Moring, an AmLaw 100 law firm, and spent four years as VP, Controller & Treasurer at Consilio, a global eDiscovery and legal services provider.
Jim holds a B.A. in Management from Gettysburg College and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He lives in Arlington, Virginia, with his wife and two daughters.
