Heather King

Heather built and leads the firm’s legal and governance functions, and her experience at the intersection of high-profile law, government, and strategic communications informs the firm’s client work.

She has spent two decades growing companies and handling front-page news matters where legal exposure, government scrutiny, and public narrative converge—and where getting any one wrong means losing all three. She has run a U.S. Senate office, settled billion-dollar claims, advised boards and investors, structured complex transactions, navigated simultaneous investigations by the DOJ and SEC, and led the response for companies facing litigation and congressional inquiry at the same time. Her clients have ranged from Fortune 100s to high-profile technology startups.

Before joining our team, Heather was a partner at global litigation law firm Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, where she co-founded the firm’s crisis management and government response practice. She joined Boies Schiller from the U.S. Congress, where she served as Senior Advisor to Senator Hillary Clinton, leading Clinton’s executive office and related campaigns. Earlier in her career, she worked at ABC News in New York on World News Tonight.

Heather holds a J.D. from Georgetown University, where she was on the Dean’s List and delivered the class graduation address, and a B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Evansville. She lives in Silicon Valley with her husband and two children.
