Grace builds the statistical models, AI tools, and data infrastructure behind the firm’s work for clients. She leads our IT and cybersecurity operations and turns complex research into decisions clients can act on.
Grace leads every aspect of the data science program, from predictive modeling to building digital audiences to navigating changing data-privacy rules. She was among the first to build political predictive models in several emerging democracies, and she built the technical side of the firm’s survey research practice.
Before joining our team, Grace cut her teeth in progressive analytics on the AFL-CIO’s data team across the 2014 and 2016 cycles. She worked as a data associate at 270 Strategies, building data solutions for grassroots organizing, and led the data program for the Climate Action Campaign’s advocacy to elected officials.
Grace holds an M.S. in Social Science from the University of Chicago and a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. She lives in Maryland with her husband and two children.
