Darcy leads business development and marketing for the firm and its companies. She works across every department.
Darcy runs how the firm and its companies present themselves. She manages the business development pipeline and develops the materials and positioning that carry new opportunities across the finish line. She also owns the firm’s marketing and events, and the brand, digital and social content, and design behind them.
She is the firm’s longest-serving employee and has grown with it, joining as Office Manager in 2014 and spending three years as Chief of Staff to the CEO before building the business development function into the role she holds now. She came to the firm from political campaigns, having organized in Virginia for President Obama’s 2012 campaign–where her field office was credited with delivering the margin of victory in a state that had just turned from reliably red to a battleground–and having worked on state and local races.
Darcy holds a B.A.J. in Journalism and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Georgia, along with several graphic design certificates. Darcy is happiest on the water, exploring somewhere new with her dog, Finnegan, or watching Georgia football.
