Zack oversees firm-wide operations and helps ensure the firm has the systems, processes, and infrastructure to support its growing team and client portfolio. He works across the firm to turn strategic priorities into effective day-to-day operations.
Zack focuses on strengthening and scaling the firm’s business operations, from developing internal processes and controls to improving the systems that support the firm’s teams and client engagements. Drawing on deep experience in the firm’s finance function, he also works closely with the firm’s CFO on financial planning, reporting, cash-flow management, and client economics, helping translate financial insights into operational decisions.
Zack has grown with the firm across multiple roles, giving him a deep understanding of both the firm’s business and its client work. He began as an Executive Associate, managing internal operations while supporting nonprofit, political, and corporate engagements, before taking on increasing responsibility for the firm’s finance and operations functions.
Zack holds B.A.s in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Michigan. A Los Angeles native, he spends his time outside of work playing tennis, baking bread, and spending time outdoors with his fiancée and their dog, Sunny.
